Recent Developments include the construction of approximately 20,000
sq ft of prime out of town offices at Trevor Foster Way, Bradford.
The scheme is fully occupied and the group has retained ownership of
one building which forms part of our commercial investment portfolio.

Leo Group - have an excellent track record of securing planning
consents for residential use with many homes being constructed over the
last 20 years.
The sites have been acquired throughout the UK and in most cases
constructed under the direction of our in house team utilising local
highly skilled contractors

7 Cottages available for rent in Halifax. Completion November 2011
Completed Project:
5 bedroom executive homes in Cumbria. All sold. Completed 2011.
