Leo Group team prepares for 2015 corporate challenge

23 February 2015

It’s that time of year again, time for the Leo Group team to dust off their running shoes in preparation for the Clarion Corporate Challenge Leeds 10K. The race is on to find the fastest organisation in the region after law firm Clarion confirmed its support for the event for the 9th successive year.

On July 12th 2015, hundreds of businessmen and women will compete in a bid to become the fastest firm in the region whilst also raising money for charity. Over 730 people took part in the 2014 Clarion Corporate Challenge including the Leo Group team of 14 runners. Raising over £18,000 for charity, Leo Group was the event’s top fundraiser for the second consecutive year.

Leo Group’s Managing Director, Danny Sawrij, said: “This event forms a core part of our programme of support to local charities. To be crowned the top corporate fundraiser for a consecutive year was an amazing achievement by those colleagues who joined me in the run. We are very grateful to the many people who dug deep into their pockets to support our efforts!”
